We are hosting another roundtable session discussing how whistleblowers can best use the Public Interest Disclosure Act (PIDA) to their advantage.

WhistleblowersUK remains committed to repealing PIDA and replacing it with the Whistleblowing Bill and the Office of the Whistleblower but recognises there are many whistleblowers which are currently facing the challenge of using PIDA to defend themselves at tribunal. We hope to share some of our wisdom, along with our guest speakers, on how whistleblowers can make the most of the current legislation.
