We collect contact information to enable us to communicate with a whistleblower.

Who is collecting it?

The information will be collected by WhistleblowersUK.

How is it collected?

Through its website using the online Initial Contact Form provided, by other means including social media, physical communications, and in-person contact.

The data collected by using the online Initial Contact Form is saved in a spreadsheet kept secure by Google Suite and only accessible by password controlled by the Data Controller.

You have the right to see your personal data we hold and to have it deleted. We will only share your information if we have your consent.

Why is it being collected?

To enable WhistleblowersUK to provide help, information, support.

How will it be used?

It will be used to support whistleblowers and casework. It will also be used in an anonymous form to contribute to WhistleblowerUK’ s research and campaigning efforts.

Who will it be shared with?

Information will only be shared for the purpose of progressing cases, and our campaign, and only with the permission of the data subject
