Today after what he describes as his own Odyssey our colleague and partner at Liberty of Speech in Greece can finally breath a sigh of relief and put the trauma of the past behind him safe in the knowledge that his whistleblowing was not in vain.
Aris was just a normal businessman running his electronics company in South Africa. Like many people Aris believed in putting something back into his community and volunteered for the local police force. He could never have imagined that this would be the start of his own personal Odyssey.
