We are sorry to announce that Rachel Gilmour MP has decided to step down from our Board of Directors. In her letter to the Board Rachel said:” I am writing to tender my resignation as a Director of WhistleblowersUK.
“This has not been an easy decision. The demands of parliamentary life, and the constant competing commitments and priorities, have made it increasingly difficult to give this role the time and attention it deserves.
I must be clear that this decision is in no way a reflection on WhistleblowersUK or its work. The cause remains close to my heart. Nevertheless, I have concluded that my position is no longer sustainable, and it would not be fair to the organisation for me to continue in a capacity I cannot properly fulfil.
I wish you and the whole team every success in your continuing advocacy, and I hope to support the cause in other ways in the future”.
We are very grateful to Rachel for the support she has shown us over the last 18 months and look forward to continuing to work with her in other ways. We would especially like to recognise her role in making this years #Whistleblowing Awareness Month” a success.
Rachel is a Whistleblowing Champion!

These allegations should concern every MP
